Glad, but surprised. Parsnip pluses are that they don't have to ripen, but also keep in the ground forever and a day so you can dig up at any size you like. Minuses are that they take up their bit of ground for best part of 12 months, and they can be a bit tricksy.<br /><br />I think they are sweet rather than perfumed, Flum.
